On February 12, 2021, the Governor declared a state of disaster in all 254 counties. The type of disaster – Severe Winter Storm URI

  • Repair Estimates
  • Repair Receipts
  • Insurance Settlement Documents
  • FEMA Letter

PLEASE NOTE APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE DENIED

 

Deadline to File

A property owner must apply for the temporary exemption no later than 105 days after governor declares a disaster area.
